These guys crack me up. Just about as chill as they come, and definitely have a great sense of humor about themselves, which is a great starting point for any couple.
Jeff just about blinded me with his national championship ring (soccer--Weber State, team captain), and the funny thing is he thought it would save him from Brandi's stunningly powerful goal kicks...to no avail. ;-)

Aaron & Karissa: Same-Day
There was almost no time to put this one together, but sometimes there's so much emotion and joy in every frame of the footage that even a rough same-day edit can work out well.
I felt truly honored to share the day and capture memories with such great people.

Aaron & Karina: Groomal
It's always fun to get the genuine reaction of the groom when seeing his bride in her gorgeous wedding dress for the first time. Karina's parents (and the groom's) were on hand for the shoot, and wow, there was just alot of love to go around!
Lannie and I had a blast on this shoot. Aaron and Karina have got to be one of the coolest couples we've ever worked with--laid back and yet so enthusiastic!
Really, has any couple ever looked more in love? You be the judge...

Ike & Jamie: Groomal
These two have a feeling for each other that's just undeniable--I call it 'The Crazies'...or to be more specific, 'Crazy-In-Love syndrome'.
Just point the camera at these two and watch the fireworks go off.
Really Geeky Side Note Dept: There's a location at the end of video that looks like something out of The Lord of the Rings. I know the exact scene it reminds me of...but there I go again. I'll just say it looks like part of the Shire. ;-)
Ahemm--Thanks Ike and Jamie! Had a great time shooting this!

Cody & Rachel: Sweet Thing
It never hurts to do a date video/LSI (Love Story Interview) where the couple can really cut a rug...or an alfalfa field, wheat field, country road, or an old barn floor. (they would've tried the oak tree too if there was just a little more room, hehe)
I thoroughly enjoyed shooting this. Fun to show in HD at their reception.

Wyatt + Shalice, Draper Temple
It's so enjoyable to work with couples like Wyatt and Shalice. They're so in love and so into the moment--it really makes my job easy. It's a privilege to be able to document the emotions of the day for such a cool couple.

Ricci & Bryan's Good Eats...
Chillin' out. Cookin' up killer crepes. Watchin' a flick--yeah, sounds like a good time to me too. :-)
I think Ricci scored by saying yes to a really cool fella who can actually cook.
Congrats guys!

Love You Madly: Whitney & Kyle's Dog Daze
I love it when a couple really gets into their date film. I met Whitney and Kyle at a recent wedding show and they, like many couples who see them for the first time, were really taken with the idea of doing a date film that really showcases their personality.
Well, these two are the most committed dog lovers I have ever met, and playing with their dogs was the obvious choice for the scenario of the film.
Those dogs were crazy! Fender and Remington had no qualms leaping off a dock (in February!) just to fetch those tennis balls! I myself have two dogs (a Sheltie an a Yorkie) and they'd sooner bite my legs off than consider jumping into a pond in the middle of February. Gotta love those Labradors!
Whitney's mom, Laurie, is an excellent photographer and took some fantastic BTS shots while we shot the film. For fun, we made this "MTV-style" complete with opening ID tags, but then mixed it up with a surprise for the credits.
To top it all off, the video played in an amazing Home Theatre for their reception, in stunning HD Blu-ray. I love it when my films can be shown HUGE in 1080p! BTW--Feel free to leave a comment!

Ryan & Lindsay, Temple
This is the final temple edit for a really fantastic couple! My other name for this piece is "The Big Brrrr!", as it was an incredibly cold, snowy day that these two hardy souls braved for pictures and video.
The plus side to a snowy day at the temple is that the usually drab winter scenes suddenly becomes a winter wonderland with all the frosty backgrounds, etc.

Wyatt + Shalice, Park City Snow Date
Skatin' and toobin' with Wyatt and Shalice in Park City, Utah. This played at their reception in full HD on a nice projection system. Fun to watch BIG!

Ryan & Lindsay: Love story and the Temple...
Here's a shortened version of a combo love story and temple film all rolled into one.
These two have to be up there at the top of the list of the most head-over-heels, truly sweet couples I've ever had the privilege of filming. They were a joy to work with, and wow did they persevere to get good footage on an incredibly cold, snowy wedding day.
Congrats guys!

Matt & Katie: Rock Band and Beyond...
Ok, so we've returned to the scene of the crime (the white cove in the studio...plus a couple'a other spots) for more Rock Band goofiness, and this time we find Matt and Katie jammin' to a Scorpions track! ('80s pop metal, lol)
Somehow we keep getting these mysterious cameos from dudes in outrageous masks...but oh well, gotta work it!
